What information does TEMA share or disclose?

TEMA does not disclose or share your Personal Information to any third parties other than licensed real estate agents retained by TEMA to market and sell condominium units, and related personnel.  The Personal Information is accessed through an internal system and used by staff, sales, and marketing teams to facilitate communications with prospective purchasers.

Business Transitions

If TEMA goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling all or part of its assets, users’ Personal Information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
